The following schedule does not include pick-up and delivery dates. To guarantee timely return of your cases, we ask that your return dates on cases be one day prior to the patient’s scheduled appointment.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Drivers are available locally to cover a 30-mile radius of our facility.

Promed Delivery:

Pick-up and deliver with PROMED handles cases outside of our personal delivery area. PROMED delivery covers all of Lower Michigan.

United Parcel Services (UPS)


We also utilize UPS for cases shipped outside of the above delivery areas. We include UPS ground fees on cases both ways. Please allow an additional 1-2 days to our regular delivery schedule.

One-Day Services

One-Day service is offered to our accounts within a 30-mile radius.

We offer One-Day Flippers (i.e., 1-2 Teeth), One-Day Repairs, along with One-Day Relines.

As a One-Day, we are able to pick up your case before 10am and guarantee returned between 4 & 5pm on that same day. To ensure that we are able to schedule your office for an One- Day service please call 24 hours prior to pick up. Please notify our office of any cancellations as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding our pick up radius please call our office.
